About the Role

Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in solving real-world business challenges? Do you want to earn globally recognized certifications while working on meaningful projects? We invite you to apply for our 12-Month Internship Program, where you will develop critical skills in business automation and the Microsoft Power Platform.



💼 What You’ll Do:

- Gain practical experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and more.

- Complete at least one Microsoft certification per month (valued between R38,000 - R42,000).

- Work on real-world business projects with direct mentorship from senior consultants.

- Contribute to a dynamic team solving complex problems for global businesses.

- Engage remotely with a minimum commitment of 40 to 120 hours per month.



📚 Certifications You'll Pursue:



- Month 1: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

Get introduced to the core capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including how to build simple apps, automate workflows, and analyze data using Power BI. This foundational course will provide a strong understanding of how the platform components work together.



- Month 2: Power Automate Fundamentals (PL-100)

Learn the basics of Power Automate and how to create automated workflows between applications and services. This course focuses on improving efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and integrating AI to drive intelligent processes.



- Month 3: Power Apps Fundamentals (PL-100)

Understand the fundamentals of Power Apps, a low-code platform to build custom apps tailored to your business needs. Learn how to design and implement solutions using a simple, drag-and-drop interface and connect to a wide range of data sources.



- Month 4: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

Explore Azure AI and how it integrates with Power Platform to drive intelligent business solutions. Learn about AI services such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and how these can be used to enhance automation and analytics.

🎯 Application Process:

1. Complete an Application Exercise: Test the WhatsApp interface by interacting with the Voucher Programme (a partner programme using the same processing capability as us ie we will use it across and for others) via WhatsApp at +27 78 295 6772. After testing, write a 100-word review/feedback on what you observed. Additionally, review the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform and write a brief summary of which tools you would use and how you would create a similar solution.

2. AI-Based Evaluation: Your responses will be evaluated using AI technology to assess creativity, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills.

4. Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 45-minute interview, including a presentation on how you'd tackle a specific business problem using Microsoft Power Platform.
